Yes. We offer secure telehealth appointments when clinically appropriate. Insurance coverage varies by plan. If telehealth services are not covered by your insurance, self-pay rates will apply.

Yes. Parent involvement is often an important part of a child's treatment. Depending on your child's age, developmental needs, and treatment goals, your clinician may recommend parent sessions, parent coaching, or caregiver consultations to support progress outside of therapy.

Your first appointment is an opportunity for you and your clinician to get to know one another. We'll discuss what brings you to counseling, review your history, identify your goals, answer your questions, and begin developing a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

Yes. Counseling services are confidential, with limited exceptions required by law. Your clinician will review confidentiality and answer any questions during your first appointment.

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible. Please refer to our office policies regarding cancellation timeframes and any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from trauma and other distressing life experiences by helping the brain process difficult memories. Your clinician will discuss whether EMDR is an appropriate treatment option based on your individual needs and goals.

Therapy frequency is individualized based on your goals and treatment needs. Many clients begin with weekly sessions, while others may benefit from bi-weekly or other scheduling options. Your clinician will discuss recommendations with you throughout treatment.
